Ukraine Fraud

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is anything I can do. I ordered some software online from a guy in the Ukraine for about $1000. We used Western Union to transfer the money to him and haven't recieved the software. I have all of his e-mails even one saying he sent the software. In hindsight I know we were stupid in this transaction. But now we're wondering if there is anyway we can press charges or get our money back.

Hello Dear,

Unfortunately the fraud happens in the Ukraine too.The question is who was the party in your contract. If the receiver's name on western union payment is real you may get all your money back. The attorneys fees are usually charged in advance. We charge 150$ to check the seller's identity.
