cousin marriage in ukraine
are cousin marriages legally and socially accepted in ukraine(where girl is daughter of boy's real maternal uncle, both are 25 years in age and never married) both boy and girl are indian citizen and wish to settle permanently and marry in ukraine. is live together status(bov and girl living together without marriage) legally valid in ukraine. please help. both boy and girl are hindus

Yes, the marriage between first cousins is not legally valid, whether it be in Ukraine or India, since both are Hindus and are Indians.
A live-in relationship may be established with consent of both adults; however, that gives no legal rights to the girl with regard to inheritence etc.

Merely being Hindus is not enought; the status about citizenship is also important; and merely being in Ukraine is also not enough; Please let me know the citizenship status of the parties and in what capacity are they living in Ukraine;
Cousin marriges are not permitted under Hindu Marriage Act as they fall within the "prohibited degrees" of relationships.

No. Marriage is void abnitio(illegal).

Ukraine marriage law does not permit you such type of marriage as the same is invalid
