Legal Question in Banking Law in United Arab Emirates

hi,I took a personal loan amount of Dhs 660000 for 60 months . I'm paying my installment (Dhs 1435)at correct date as my monthly salary is transfered every month to my account in the same bank. Before we're in gov company now they've handed over to private company but we get the same salary.But the bank is trying to debit the half the amount of the salary(Dhs 1500) as installment and has freezed my balance amount in my account and unblocked my atm card.Can a bank charge more than prescribed installment and as well as block atm card if i'm paying loan installment on time?

You may please check with your bank and try to get clarification in writing, and if their reply is not rational, then you may procced the matter by issuing a legal notice to them. Please note, you should have proper documents to prove your case.
