Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in United Arab Emirates

iam unable to pay my credit card installement from feb-10due to loss of employement but i was submit documents for claim insurence .i got my release from employer from jan-10.i was paid all my creditcard dues up to jan-10 .please advice me.

You can check up with the Bank or the Insurance Company concerned whether they have accepted your Claim. If accepted then your entire Credit Card dues should get wiped off. This depends on whether you are within the terms and conditions stipulated by them and your having produced necessary Documents.
