my question is regading bank loan case my friend is ready to pay in insallment
when we apply for bail before hearing r after hearing it is possible for bail .

Yes, it is possible to obtain Bail, depending on the other circumstances, like number of cases, etc. For payment in installments, the concerned Bank has to be approached and a compromise has to be reached with the Bank.
