Legal Question in Civil Litigation in United Arab Emirates
i signed a contract with A regarding buying a Plot. B and C were my Guarantors. Now due to non payment A has filed a case on all three including B and C. Is this right? i want to know is'nt it the case should frirst be filed against me and then my guarantors. PLease suggest me the Law to safeguard my stand.

From the facts mentioned by you, it is seen that the Suit has been filed against both you and the Guarantors. This is due to the reason that the obligation of the Executor is co-extensive along with the Guarantors. However, all this can be confirmed only by having a look at the Document that was executed.
