I am working in construction company ,haven't got the salary for 3 months & cheque hasbeen bounced for three months.how to proceed further

As you have not got salary for 3 months, you can approach the Labour Dept and complain to them. Regarding bouncing of Cheque you can file Complaint with the Police for the same.
