i have moved out of the flat beacuse i could not pay the coming three months rent but i have already isssued cheque in advance to the landlord

You may end up in trouble, if your Landlord presents the Cheque and it gets dishonoured. It would be apt to settle the matter with the Landlord and get back the Cheque.
