Legal Question in Administrative Law in United Kingdom

Hi,
Me and my husband bought a house 2 years ago. It's all in my husbands name beacause i have a poor credit rating and couldn't gt on the mortgage.
We would like to get something in writing legally to say that i own half of the house , that he can't sell without my permission, if he does sell it's a completely 50-50 split, if we split he can't move anyone else in or throw me out and if he dies i own the whole house.
Can this be done?
