Rules & Regaulations for on-line games

I am really trying to find out if our company put an on-line game onto the internet, and gave away 2 x cars as the star prizes - what rules and regulations for the competition must we adhere to. Bare in mind this competition will appear on a global web site and will be open to all countries?

I can point you to a url that may be of some help http://www.adlaw.com/rc/sweeps/rf_promolaw.html but don't rely on free advice. (Except that).

I am not licensed in foreign countries so this is not legal advice and you are not a client. I suggest you make your "game" one of skill and not of chance if you want to avoid legal problems. Games of chance with prizes sound like gambling, which are heavily regulated. Games of skill sound like competitions, which are often taxed but seldom very regulated.
