changed car

i changed my car several weeks ago for a cheaper modell this meant i was due to cash back from the dealer i have not received any cash back and i have phoned them several times but the salesman who i dealt with will not speak to me or return my phone calls

There can be no excuse or defense for this and the failure to pay money to you of which you are fully entitled.
