Warranaty

I bought a professional graphics card about 2 years ago from a company. I do not have an invoice or receipt because it was such a long time ago. The company stipulates that these cards carry a warranty of 3 years. There seems to be a fault on the card that occured because it has become faulty. I wrote to the company and they said they will not fix it unless i have a receipt. Do i have any rights? Can i get them to repair it?

It is quite irrelevant that you do not have a receipt for the purchase of this graphics card providing that there is no dispute that you purchased it from this company. Under the Sale of Goods Act you have a number of statutory rights which include an entitlement that the card should be of a reasonable quality. The fact that the card has become defective in what can be argued as

a shorter time than the life expectancy of a card of reasonable quality will give you the right to have it repaired or exchanged free of charge.

The above statutory rights are in addition to your rights under the warranty that was provided with the card. Again the fact that you do not have a receipt is irrelevant. You are entitled to enforce both your statutory rights and your contractual rights under the warranty.
