Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom
my friend has recently met someone who has a sex offender conviction. he had a problem with alcohol and had 17 child pornography images on his laptop. it was his first offence of this kind and was jailed for 1 month and is on the register for 7 years, can he live with her and her children. he was convicted 4 years ago and hasnt reoffended
