Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom

I was done for possesion of an offensive weapon last year, I was given a 12 weeks suspended sentence suspended for 12 months with these terms - Supervision order (12months), low intensity alcahol programme plus 50 hours of unpaid work im up before the magistrates court on the 14 of this month for my 2nd breach.
I was given bail till then because i did state that i had correspondence to back up my claim of why i breached a 2nd time it was a bank holiday and i had a couple of letters confusing me saying come this date come that date and know im up for 2nd breach but now i carnt find my corespondence what am i looking on getting i mean its not looking good never been to prison before i have always worked since leaving school. I'm with talbots solicitors but i dont rate them very much @ all any information would be grateful.
