will i get jail first offence common assault with beating section2 domestic i was found guilty for slapping my girlfriend. i also have a caution over 2years ago for a fight with a stranger

Then one needs information about any factors that could aggravate or mitigate commission of the offence e.g. provocation Then one factors in any personal mitigation AND then one applies all of the above to the sentencing guideline, to give a prognosis
