Re: help

I am sorry to hear of your matrimonial problems which must be most distressing for you.The reason why your husband does not want a divorce could well be by reason of the financial settlement that would be made, and this is not in law a reason to prevent you from divorcing him. You quite clearly have very sufficient grounds by reason of his unreasonable behaviour to show that the marriage has irretrievably broken down, and it is therefore opene to you to present a divorce petition to the court.

We would be delighted to assist you further in preparing this petition and to advise you on ancillary financial matters. You may also wish to visit our web site where extensive information is available which I hope would assist.

Kind regards
