If you currently have valid leave to remain here in the UK, you can apply to switch into the visa category for married persons.

However, in order to do this in country, you would need to marry, prepare and submit your application, all before your current leave to remain as a student expires.

If you are not able to do this within this time, you would need to return home before the end of your student visa and apply for entry clearance as a spouse.

It is important that whatever you decide to do, you do not overstay your current visa because this will make you an illegal overstayer and will have to be declared on all future visa applications.
