Hello and thank you for your question

No it is not allowed and is against the professional ethics and code of conduct to be followed by members of the legal profession. If a lawyer has represented one party he/she is prohibited from representing the adverse party also in the same or related conflict of interest matter.

You can inform the court about this and they will take action to bar her from representing your husband when she has already represented you in the same matter.
