Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

can i ask my solicitor to pay my debts to family members from the proceeds of the sale of my house directly to their accounts, prior to my recieving any of the monies so as when the money is released to me it is the true amount...thank you

It is unlikely that your solicitor will be in a position to make these payments until such time as they are in funds from the sale proceeds of your house.
