Ex wife keeping my name
My ex wife and I are divorced and we have two children.
Can she legally keep my surname which is the same as my children or can I force her to change it back to her maiden name?

your former wife has the legal right subject to very limited exceptions to call herself what ever she wishes. Unfortunately there is no way in which you can force her to change her name if she chooses to keep her married name.
