Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom

i have overstayed in the UK and married to a person who have indefinite leave to remain in the UK, we got married in the Church Of England, we have a 23month old child together, i applied for leave to remain in the UK with my family and the application was refused without the right of an appeal.

i would like to know what i should do next?

From the brief facts you have given, I would suggest that you file an appeal with the "First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)" immediately.

It seems that you have a strong human rights issue and may, therefore, succeed at the Tribunal stage. However, the case would have to be well-prepared, with sufficient documentation and legal arguements, as well as effective representation at the hearing.
