a satisfactory English speaking Algerian with a entrepreneur master degree what is the most they can earn and what can they work as?

There is no cap on what an immigrant to the UK can earn. Similarly, there is no restriction on whta they can work as. However, they must have the relevant visa to enable them to work here in the UK, as not all visas permit working.
