Dear Sir/Madam,

As you are already in the UK with existing leave to remain as a Tier 4 (General) student, you will be able to change courses and your husband maintain his working hours, providing that he applies at the same time as you.

However, as you are transferring to another course which is below degree level, you will only be able to do this if the course length will not result in you having spent more than 3 years in the UK studying below degree level courses i.e. if your ACCA course, combined with the new course will not result in you having been in the UK for more than a total of 3 years.

If this new course would result in you being in the UK for more than 3 years, you would not be granted leave to remain and would therefore need to find a course which is above degree level and is being provided by a University.
