Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in United Kingdom

i got a ccj on my name and the person is now trying to get an interim charging order on the property i live as it on mine and my ex husband name. i pay him rent as it is a by to let property and i have no investment or right on the equity, and is objecting against it, will the charging order be discharge if he proves that i dont own the property and got no rights on the equity or what so ever???/ i personally, dont have any problem if the house is mine or not or i am entitle to it or not.
