Good morning, my sons name, age and medical condition have been published in our local newspaper without our consent. Is there anything we can do?

If that information is damaging (in the broadest sense) to your son, and this information is not of public interest (eg your son is a well known footballer, and he broke his leg during a match), you have a case against the paper.
