Legal Question in Disability Law in United States

when going through the divorce in 2003 my children's father requested he get the younger child for tax right off and I take the older. Not realizing the implications I accepted. Older child no longer qualifies for credit and I requested an amendment - he claim our younger son one year and me the next; he refused. I'd like to file a modification request

You left out the state where you reside. Each state is different regarding family law matters. Therefore, you want an answer from someone who is licensed in your state. Therefore, repose the question, Include your state and zip code in the question. Also, the topic should be family law/domestic relations, not ADA.

Good luck.
