can a minor be a member in an LLC (Arizona)? or should he be represented by a major? which are the laws governing the same?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say it really depends on what the LLC's operating agreement says on this topic. Minors have been members in other LLC's. One potential problem is minors cannot enter into valid contracts, so this issue needs to be thought through. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
