Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

I co signed for a student loan. Now however the borrower is refusing to pay on the loan when they have the means to do so. What are my rights and what can I do to get them to pay what they owe. And also is there anyway that I can get my name off the loan??

You should consider consulting an attorney ASAP. You may end up having to pay the loan.
