unlawful imprisonment

i was tied to a operating table for nearly 3 hours after my cosmetic procedures. i was repeatedly asking for a ambulance.. they wouldn't untie me. in the end i was asking for the police and asking the assistants to call 911. then after 3 hour the surgeon returned and released me. is this deemed as unlawful imprisonment

Re: unlawful imprisonment

Unlawful/false imprisonment is the detaining of a person against their will. But in this instance, while you may have decided to leave, were you capable, was there additional issues involving your procedure that needed to be addressed?

In general, unless you were tied to the operating table against your will, and keep in mind consent to the surgery would cover most of this, then the answer is no.
