Legal Question in DUI Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

Out of State DUI

About 3 years ago I was charged with a DUI in Colorado and got my license suspended for 1 year. During this one-year suspension I moved out of Colorado to Massachusetts.

The other day I received a letter from MA stating my license was going to be suspended in MA. Im jumping through all the proper hoops to fix this (including sending my CO driving record and driving history to MA).

Will my MA driving record now reflect a DUI in MA?

Do I have to disclose this for car insurance?

Do I have to say I was convicted of a felony when filling out job applications?

: Out of State DUI

There is an inter-state exchange of information. Mass. can suspend your license. If you are driving in Mass., you can apply for a limited license.
