Legal Question in Family Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

about my children

My husband threaten me saying hes gonna take my kids away from me for good. He was never around my kids. Ever since my kids were born they were always around me and never there dad. So my question is, is it a posiblity that I will have full costudy of my kids because I was always take good care of them or my husband can easily take them away from me because he makes more money than I do. Please let me know im worry about him taking my kids away from me. Thank you

I am not sure what you mean by "full custody." If you have been the primary caregiver for the children unless there are other significant facts that you have not mentioned you should be designated as the primary residential parent.
