Can a Us Corporation operating in a foreign county only be sued in US Federal Ct for violation of child labor laws in a county like Pakistan?

If no why not. If yes, under what theory. codes and cases welcome

They can be sued in US [probably] under US laws, and country of operation under their laws [if any]. You're asking for a law school education and training, and specific legal advice, neither of which you're going to get here - you're not in an Attorney/Client relationship that would allow advice other than general guidance to a source of answers.
