Bank deposit

A deposit was made to my account in 2006 and my account has not been credited yet.

Please tell me how long do i have to sue for my money and which code of va can i find the limitation.

If you signed a written contract with the bank -- and you almost certainly did -- then you have five years from the date of the breach (wrongdoing) NOT from when you originally signed the contract.

However, it might be considered to be under the Uniform Commercial Code:

� 8.4-111. Statute of limitations.

So if the deposit was made in 2006 and this is now 2006 + 3 = 2009, you had better hustle and file a lawsuit fast.
