Fraud car transaction with unauthorised title
Hi,
I purchased a car from a private party and gave moeny to him through online transaction.But the title doesnot belong to him. He didnt go to DMV registering the same against his name.
If i go to DMV i may have to bear all the penalties. Can i do something on this.Advice me
