What are the procudure for taking a company in Virgin Islands to Small Claims Court? I reside in New York City. We have a customer in the Virgin Islands who has not paid since last year. What are the procudure for taking them to court?

If your customer is in the Virgin Islands you will need to file suit in the Virgin Islands unless the custoner has consented to New York jurisidiction, and even then you will not be able to file in small claims court.
