Divorce

my husband and I was married in Montego Bay Jamaica 4 years ago and I want to divorce him because of adultry, would it be quicker and cheaper to do it there or where can I find it cheaper and quicker.

While courts are all too happy to recognize foreign marriages they are none to happy to recognize foreign divorces. If you and your spouse are residents of the US you are probably better off filing here rather than there. I offer free consultations.
