Legal Question in Disability Law in Utah

time limit to seek legal actionI

I have two questions pertaining to the same issue.

1. Is there a time limit in which a person must seek legal counsol for disability discrimination as well as discrimination against my legal rights granted in the constitution?

2. Is there a time limit for being able to collect payment owed from an out of state company for which I had worked? I have tried to straighten it out but just keep getting the run around.

You have a very short time to sue for discrimination on the grounds of gender, ethnicity, age, race, etc.

By the wording of your questions, I can tell you really must go see an attorney who will ask you the proper questions. When you hear those questions, you will be better able to form your own questions. Right now, you are really not forming your questions in such a way that a lawyer in this forum

can give you a proper answer.

Some attorney will give you a limited amount of free time for an initial consultation.

Good luck.
