Legal Question in Administrative Law in Utah

Please advise

My ex-girlfriend's uncle loaned us the

money to buy a mobile home. A year

into the loan, my girlfriend left me

but i kept making the payments on

the loan. I finished now, the uncle is

the lean holder of the title and he is

now saying he wont give me the title

until i fix other money issues i have

with my ex (his niece) he has even

threaten to kick me out of the house.

What can I do legally to get the lean

released? I have all the receipts of

the payments i made. Please advise
