my boyfriends sister got married last month and the photographer took a picture of my daughter that i just recently found out that he was displaying in his studio, my daughter is only 3 years old and i don't feel comfortable with it. is it legal or is there anything i can do?

Any business or franchise attorney will say there are definitely invasion of privacy and other issues. If this was my daughter I would take immediate action. Consult with a good attorney in your area for specific advice.
