Legal Question in Business Law in Utah

I live in Texas but own real property in Utah. I want to title my Utah property in the name of a Texas LLC. Would the ownership of Utah real estate mean that the Texas LLC was "doing business" in Utah and, therefore, must be registered as a foreign LLC? The Utah property would be the only asset of the Texas LLC.

The short answer is "yes." The Texas LLC will have to register in Utah as a foreign LLC, especially where the only asset in the LLC is real estate located in Utah.
