pictures on the internet

My step daughter is posting pictures of baby on the internet in places such as ''my space''. I have asked her to remove the pictures but she has refused to do so. Is there any legal action I can take against her or her mother?

Yes you can inform them that the pictures must be removed or you will sue in tort. You can also inform MySpace that you are the parent and want the pictures removed; they will most likely comply because this is a baby.
