never got paid
i am a asphalt contractor, another contractor ask for my help to do a small job. we charged the asphalt to my account. i owed the contractor for another job.about 1/2 what we spend on his job. plus i paid my guys labor for the day to do the job. $1000.00
everyone but me got paid. i have a trailer of his not plated can i sell it? for some of the money he owes me i also am storing other equipment of his, i use them are they mine now? i have been paying $110.00 storage fees for his equpiment. he has money just will not give it up.
the owner of the property got my lein removed, everyone but me got paid on the job and sign lein wavers. i can go after the general, his sub, and the other asphalt contractor for crime signing without me getting paid i am out $5000.00
