Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah

No refund policy

May of 2007 I went to a laser clinic to get some work done on my face. I bought a package which included 3 different lasers. I was to get a deal if paid in 5 payments up front. After 2 treatments to even out color on my face.I learned the laser shouldn't be used to take all the pigment out of your natual coloirng and told them I wanted to discontinue that one and do the collagen laser instead. They told me that was not included. After several heated argumnts they finally agreed with me. I was given a 1700. credit but really didn't want them working on my face with a laser after what had happened. I haven't known what to do for the last year but figured I better do something so I decided since they also did botox I would call and make an appt. They made the appt and then after about an hour called back to tell me the credit wasn't good for that. Is there any way I can get my money back with their no refund policy. It seems to me they broke the contract when they refused to give me a service I was supposed to be getting in the original package deal. All they want to do is argue with me.

Re: No refund policy

Sue them in small claims court. Tell them that the committed malpractice by failing to advise you about that they should not do the laser pigment change that they suggested.
