Signed contract now they want the car back
I purchased a new car signed all the paper work and have driven the car for over 3 weeks. Now there calling me telling me they can't get me financed and they want the car back!! What about the contract I signed?? Can they do this??

It depends on the documents which you signed. Their terms set forth the agreement with them.
