Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

randy, I sent this to you on Facebook as well but i dont know if you go to Facebook often. Dear Mr. Lawyer Randy,

About four years ago my wife divorced me. I have paid all of my child support to her. I have paid my share of our debts and she has paid her share. Like a fool I signed the divorce decree without contesting it and committed myself to way too much alimony. She's made as much money as I have since the divorce. If she sues me for back alimony, legally she will win because of the divorce decree. My question is, when she sues me and wins, can they and will they likely garnish my wages for this? Thanks for your help. Hope all is well with you. Rhody [email protected]. 801-860-5646 call or text

You can preempt her suing you by going back to court to get alimony changed and lowered. You are welcome to call for a free consultation.
