Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
Can my ex boyfriend legally take my phone?? My ex and i were dating for about 8 months and within that time he gave me a phone to replace mine which he had broke. we split up after an abusive fight and he took my phone saying it is rightfully his. can i report it stolen?
