Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Utah

I am harassed at work I don't know why

At work I am continually singled out and criticized and put down in front of my peers by my superviser. This includes name calling and foul language. I have spoken to my HR department and they did not do anything. I have spoken with my supervisers manager and was told that she supports her 100% I need to keep my job for a few more months because I am close to being vested with my pension plan however this is becoming inbearable. I am a model employee and I do nothing to provoke this. What can I do?

#1 Take the issue above the HR department.

#2 File a complaint with the Utah Antidiscrimination Division which handles EEOC complaints.
