Legal Question in DUI Law in Utah

My husband and I were at a drinkning establishment in Utah. We were to intoxicated to drive so we called a cab. It took over an hour and 1/2 for cab to show up. I got into my vehicle and drove around the parking lot, it was snowing. This was just for about 2 minutes, then the cab showed,we left. The cab would not take us home, instead he took us to a closed K-mart store where 2 cops were waiting for us. They didn't arrest me or my husband, but wanted us to sign documents not to go to this establishment for a year. I wouldn't sign it. They did not do field sobriety test, ect. Can they arrest me for DUI if the establishment has me on video tape driving in the parking lot?

Probably. The law says you cannot operate a motor vehicle while intoxicated. The bar tender may be able to establish you were intoxicated and the video may show you driving.
