Legal Question in DUI Law in Utah

minimum sentence is out of control

first dui in 30 years of driving. Sentenced to 18 months supervised probation(same as 3rd degree felony)which I have to pay for; fine of $1984.00; consume no alcohol for 18 months; 48 hours community service(I have to pay $25.00 to do); have interlock device installed in car (didn't state how long)but I have to pay for; attend, complete and pay for alcohol counseling sessions. Pulled over for speeding(was doing 55 in40,not what officer said. Asked to search, I said yes, asked if someone else could search, I said yes, asked for urine, I said yes, went voluntarily to station, urine tested clean, he got attitude, said he thinks he detects alcohol, did breathilizer, I asked what the result was, he said ''It was none of my concern!''Never gave me print out of results. Said I was doing 73mph in a 40, which I know for a fact is a lie because 1)looked down immediately and my speedometer read 55mph and 2) my Geo has a odd ball tire, I can't go over 65mph or it starts to shake violently, has been like that for almost a year. Don't I have a right to see proof of my breathilizer. He wrote down .183 on ticket, but I was not allowed to see any proof of that, I didn't even know what it was until I bailed out and received copy of ticket. Can u help?
