child custody and reinbursement

my ex boyfriend and I lived together an we agreed to pay half of everything but he never paid any bills an when so we where evicted because i could not afford it by myself an when we broke up he took my camera an a computer that was purchased for both of us an he wont reinburse me also we have a child together so how do i go about geting full custody an child support when he doesnt work or have anytype of income

You file suit to name him as the father and demand child support. Even tho he is not working, the court will either impute to him his last working income or minimum full time wages. You may also sue for the half of the expenses and personal property.
